You can place your order on-line, via fax, through the mail or you can contact one of our live friendly customer care representatives who will be happy to take your order. For your convenience, we have an order form that you can print off of our website and mail it in with your check/money order or fax it to us. Please ensure that all the requested information is clearly filled out.

When can I expect my order?

All orders are processed immediately and shipped the same or next day. Deliveries usually take between 3 and 5 business days depending on where you live. We ship all USA bound orders from the US, and some Canadian orders ship from the US location if needed. Additional customs fees may incur, and we are not responsible for them. In general, packages to the USA take 3-5 business days and normally not longer than 10 business days. International delivery varies, often 1-2 weeks but we do ask that you allow up to 21 business days for delivery Internationally.

If the product(s) has been used, you must return the unused portion of the product(s) in its original container to American Pharma Inc. within 90 days of the purchase date, together with a letter indicating the procedure followed during product use, the end results of using the product, and "why" you are dissatisfied with the product's performance. Upon receipt of these, a full refund of the purchase price will be immediately made to the purchaser, and your feedback will be promptly reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department as part of our continuous quality improvement program to insure complete customer satisfaction.   3. In order to take advantage of this guarantee policy you must try the product(s) for at least 60 days. We only refund those users who have tried the product for at least 60 days.
